This contemporary compassionate drama probes the lives of four electrifying characters. Orphans when they met in their late teens, they vowed to be a family, always there for each other. Rose, award-winning costume designer blessed with innate goodness, is the "angel", the central pivot of the family, holding them together. The others are Gavin Ambrose, talented actor and producer, Holloywood megastar; Neil Jeffrey, head of an international public relations firm, who has an irresistible charm and shrewd insight into people; and Rosie's brother Kevin, undercover cop with the New York Crim Intelligence Division, a truly charismatic man. Two interlopers come into the the group -- Guy de Montfleurie, French aristocrat, and Johnny Fortune, the balladeer of the Nineties. They have a devasting effect on "the family", but one that in the end leads them to self-realization.
