City In The Mist

Description for CITY IN THE MIST by Evan Innes:

THE ENEMY BEYOND. It is a settlement in the stars, a frontier city where America's space explorers have planted the seeds of liberty. But now they face an unexpected tyrant---the Eepera, keepers of an ancient, mysterious city with chilling ties to Earth.

THE FIGHTERS. The courageous pioneers who brought America's fighting spirit to this untamed planet now face their greatest challenge: to defend their freedom at all costs---with their valor, their skill, and their very lives.

THE LEGACY. Captain Duncan Rodrick, entrusted with bringing democracy to the farthest reaches of space and protecting this fledgling colony, must now lay aside peace for a sword.
