Cow

Ambrosio is a Spanish guestworker who goes to Switzerland as a farm labourer, working for the prosperous Farmer Knuchel. He ends up seven years later in the abbattoir, on the day that the prize cow of the farm - Blosch - is rendered a pathetic figure in the slaughterhouse.
