Razor Game

An elusive madman known as the Reaper is leaving his bloody calling card in cities across America.  It's always the same pattern:  First a bizarre religious ad appears in the local paper.  Then a prostitute is slaughtered.  Finally, a few days later, a child dies.  Two victims in each city.  And always with a razor.

Now, the killer's trademark ad suddenly shows up in a Baltimore paper.  The heat is on Detective Sergeant Devlin Rourke to crack the case---not only from headquarters, but from a vicious Mafia kingpin who lost a grandson to the Reaper.  And there is precious little time.  At any moment, anywhere in the terrified city, the Reaper could make his first strike.

But Rourke has other problems:  he's already deep into a deadly, high-stakes game of his own.  A game of cocaine, double-deals and a grand-slam bust the Feds are aching for.  Unknown to Rourke, this is a case that could cost him everything---his job, his love for a gorgeous woman, and his life....because the violent payoff will come with the slashing sweep of a razor's blade.
