Star Lord

Description for STAR LORD by Louise Lawrence:

FOR ONE TO BE SAVED THE OTHER MUST BE SACRIFICED.

A crash resounded from the mountain.  The entire village had heard the scream as it tore down through the clouds and had felt the great boom as it struck.  Yet only a charred circle and a few silver shards remained.  There was not sign of a body--- until Rhys found a boy covered with blood hidden in his grandfather’s barn.

Rhys must protect Erlich, who is obviously no human.  He is a star lord brought crashing to earth in a supernatural struggle.  Too powerful to hand over to the soldiers who close in upon him, searching, surrounding Rhys’s house, watching, waiting.  Up into the world of the mountain, against the power of stone and precipice and tumbling water.  Only the mountain can save this stranger from the stars---but at what price?
