Description for THE EYES OF THE PILOT: OH! WHAT THEY HAVE SEEN by Jim Cameron:
There have been a lot of books written by veterans who fought in the Viet Nam War that graphically illustrate what happens in the war zone. This book is designed to show the flight crew's everyday life as well as some interesting stories in a way that can be read and understood by everyone. The intention is to demonstrate that regular guys can be transformed into combat soldiers that perform the duties they have trained for.
It is my hope that the reader will appreciate the U S soldier and honor those who served.
